J is for Jogging; K is for Kicks


Back in January I started exercising everyday and have kept it up (shocking) Yes, I've skipped a few days here and there but I've been more consistent than anytime in the recent past. Mostly I walk / jog on the treadmill. Sometimes I do something else like Jumping Jacks or toe touches.
Yesterday I jogged on the treadmill and then did 100 (not high) Kicks in the kitchen. Then a little stretching.
